Fans of good wine will be introduced to 18 carefully selected wineries exclusively from Bohemia and Moravia in Písek's Palacký Sady. In addition to the stalwarts of the Czech Wine Festivals, such as the Blue Winery of the Čížek brothers from Mutěnice or the Rauš Winery in Mikulov with its unmissable sommelier Lukáš Polišenský, you will be able to get to know and try countless other brands. The overall offer will be very varied, from classic light vintage wines, through frizzante and rosé wines, to strictly varietal types to more robust or mature wines from French barrels or wines of special production technologies such as sur-lie or kvevri. The event will also include a food zone with a wide selection of good food and an accompanying cultural programme. In the afternoon, the Majerán dulcimer band will play for listening and dancing. In the evening, the talented band Realita will perform. The evening party will be provided by DJ Swing Thing. The program will be accompanied by moderator Luděk Holý and sommelier Jiří Hudec. Entrance to the event will be free. Wine will be poured exclusively into festival glasses, which will be available for purchase on the spot for 100 CZK. The event is supported by the town of Písek.
