16. 16th International Competition of Sommeliers in the service and cutting of sparkling wines, the largest tasting of sparkling wines in the Czech Republic (comparison of sparkling wines produced by the classical method from the Czech Republic and 20 other countries from 5 continents), tasting of still wines of the Young Winemakers Association, specialties on the grill, every hour sabrage of a bottle of sparkling wine for a lucky spectator, demonstration of the best - three times champions of the Czech Republic in chopping sparkling wine, sale of exclusive cigars and demonstration of their service, tour of the historical Cross Cellar from 1640, dulcimer music.
