The consecration of wine

We would like to cordially invite you to the traditional Consecration of Wine, which will take place on Friday 27th December at 6 pm in the cultural centre in Hlohovec. We invite local winemakers to join us and bring their young wines, which will be blessed by the parish priest Karel Janoušek. The event will also include a showcase and tasting of homemade spreads - join us and bring something from your kitchen to taste. Kamenica dulcimer music will be playing. The local folklore ensemble Lohovecké děti will perform. Admission is voluntary. We look forward to your visit.
