Evening with Martin Vajčner winery - guided wine tasting

We cordially invite you to a guided tasting of natural wines, which will be personally presented by Martin Vajčner. We will taste a total of 7 types of wine and there will be no shortage of wines such as wine from the kvevri container with 100% terroir of the Znojmo subregion or orange wine.

Martin's effort is to work in harmony with nature already in the vineyards, where he uses only biological sprays. And because nature itself determines how the wines will taste in the end, he minimizes intervention in the cellar. The wines are not depleted by filtration or clarification and contain either very little (up to 66.6 mg/l total) or no added sulphur.

Come and see for yourself and, in addition to tasting natural wines, learn some very interesting information.

The whole program will last about 1.5 hours. In addition to the wines, we will also taste a sample of filtered coffee prepared and presented by a barista from Balance coffee & wine.
With the wine, we will again have a very popular bread with walnuts, and we will also taste, for example, Pinot noir pekmez, which Balance coffee & wine produces according to an original Turkish recipe.
