The lectures are devoted to the history and tradition of viticulture and grape breeding, research in the field of viticulture, return to the roots of traditional production, the influence of religious orders on the development of viticulture in Moravia, cooperation between European winemakers and OEVE members, limits and possibilities of development of Czech and Moravian viticulture, appellation systems, support for wine projects and wine education.
