Wine exhibition and announcement of the results of the National Wine Competition of the Bohemia wine region, nomination competition for the Salon of Wines of the Czech Republic. Presentation of other wines from the Mělník and Litoměřice sub-region with personal participation of winemakers and the possibility of buying wines.

Have you tasted Czech wines from Prague, Karlštejn, Mělník, Roudnice, Litoměřice or Kutná Hora? Do you know the winemakers who prepare them for us? Do you know what famous tradition is connected with our wines?

Please accept the invitation from Czech winemakers to a gala tasting of the best Czech wines in Prague.

Organized by the Guild of Czech Winemakers, an association of winemakers and viticulturists from the Bohemia wine region.

The tradition of winemaking in the Czech lands dates back to the 10th and 11th centuries. No other country has such a personality as we Czechs - St. Wenceslas - as the founder of winemaking. Wine was, is and will be one of the main symbols of our culture. That is why we are convinced that it is our duty to educate our fellow citizens and through wine to help awaken the good in us, in our whole country.

The wine evaluation will take place in Mělník on 27 May 2020.
