09:00-12:00 morning program (repetition and extension of knowledge from viticulture and winemaking, discussion, tasting of selected wines)

13:00-16:00 afternoon program (work with Le Nez du Vin aroma kits, tasting of selected wines)
Day 2
08:30-09:00 attendance
09:00-12:00 morning program (review and extension of sommelier knowledge, discussion, individual practice of wine service)
12:00-13:00 lunch break
13:00-16:00 afternoon program (discussion, wine matching demonstration, practical test, final test, certificate presentation)
