The seminar will be devoted to the issues of grape vinification, production of white and red wines, controlled alcoholic fermentation, wine maturation, finishing and special technologies. The seminar will include a wine tasting, followed by an excursion to the winery. The seminar will be led by doc. Ing. Mojmír Baroň, Ph.D. from the Institute of Viticulture and Winemaking, Mendel University in Brno.
