Masaryk Square in Říčany will turn into a paradise for all wine lovers on Sunday, 3 November. The first edition of the event called the Říčany Wine Festival will take place here!

The festival will feature 15 selected wineries from the Moravian and Czech wine regions. Visitors will be able to taste dozens of wines from traditional and less common varieties at their stands. The first wines of the current 2019 vintage, the so-called young wines, will also be ready. In addition to wine, a wide range of quality refreshments will also be available.

The festival will be accompanied by moderator Luděk Holý and sommelier Jiří Hudec. The popular duo, known, for example, from the Pilsen Wine Festival, will introduce visitors to all the wineries represented and, in addition, advise them on how to taste wine properly. The Trnka dulcimer music will be playing throughout the afternoon for listening and dancing.

Admission to the event is free. Wine will be available for tasting only in festival glasses, which will be available for purchase on site for the price of 100 CZK.
