6 days of intensive, theoretical and practical training:
a. PRACTICAL PART:
i. Practical tasting - over 200 samples of wines and spirits from all the most important world regions, where the tasting takes place from 6 glasses with the aim of learning to recognize the typical characteristics of different types of wines and their differences, for example, between individual varieties, the method of vinification or wine regions.
ii. Practical training in identifying flavours and aromas "blind".
iii. The basics of communication skills for successful wine presentation, including practical practice.
iv. Excursions to vineyards and wineries.
v. Wine service and non-traditional methods of bottle opening.
vi. Practical exploration of the typical soils of the most important wine-growing regions.
vii. Practical training in gastronomic food and wine pairing - 6 lunches (3 courses) and 3 dinners (4 courses).
In the theoretical part you will have 6 days of training covering all sommelier skills including cigars, coffee and spirits, all complemented by comprehensive study materials.

b. THE THEORETICAL PART:
i. 6 days of instruction covering all sommelier skills including wine and cheese pairing, chocolate and wine pairing, water tasting, instruction on cigars, coffee and spirits.
