An annual traditional ceremony of "The Mount Binding" connected with wine tasting in the wine street Na Hradbách during the evening open cellars, the event starts at 14.00. Come and celebrate the beginning of the vintage season with dulcimer music. The organizers of the mountain striking are the Hustopečská chasa and the Hustopeč wine-making fraternity.
