Training and selection of specialist expert assessors for sensory analysis of wines according to ISO 8586

An intensive two-day training course preceding a knowledge test and a sensory test (6 and 7 June 2019) leading to certification for the evaluation of wine exhibitions and competitions sponsored by EU member states, classification of wines at the SZPI and the awarding of the VOC label.
