Jananas is a band you won't mistake. The group, led by the charismatic singer Jana Infeldova, has been breaking the stereotypes of the folk genre for so long that it has outgrown the box.

Intelligent lyrics and subtle subversive humor is Jananas' main asset. Targeted mystification sometimes leads the band into a difficult situation, for example when all music journalists and fans start to believe that the band is from Brno. The band claims that everything takes a long time, which is why it took six long years for the next album. We look forward to joining in with a glass of Sonberian and a view of the Pálava.
