In the four-day WSET Award in Wines Level 3 course, which will take place on 7-10 November at Prague's Makro Academy, students will receive the advanced education needed to work professionally in the wine industry. However, participation is not limited and wine lovers can also apply.
Students will develop their existing knowledge and skills to the highest level during the training. Upon completion, they will be able to accurately characterize wines and reliably discern details of their style, quality and price. Under the guidance of experienced lecturer Frank Smulders, MW, participants will deepen their ability to analytically taste wine through approximately seventy carefully selected wine samples.
Successful graduates of the final exam will receive the internationally recognized WSET Level 3 certificate, a badge and will be able to use the certified WSET logo.
In the WSET courses, which are conducted on three levels, participants will gradually learn to navigate through more than 130 international wines. In addition, each learner has the opportunity to bring a wine of their own production, or a Czech or Moravian wine, which they will present and which will then be tasted and evaluated by all participants. The course is taught in English.
The price of the WSET Level 3 course is 29990 CZK. Please send applications and questions to: info@mkm.cz
