After the solemn blessing of the young wines with the participation of the local parish priest, as well as the participation of St. Martin on horseback, the local brass quartet and the male choir Révokaz from Čejkovice, visitors can taste all St. Martin's wines and young wines, produced by winemakers from Čejkovice from the fruits of local vineyards. Each winery will offer you at least one sample of young wine to taste, i.e. wine from the 2019 vintage. In total, you can taste more than 71 samples from 28 local winemakers. The most represented varieties in the production of St. Martin's Day wines in Čejkovice are Müller Thurgau and Modrý Portugal.
The event takes place outdoors all the time, so it is recommended to dress warmly. The price of admission is 200 CZK - the price includes a glass, a catalogue with a list of wines and a pen.
The pouring of St. Martin's and young wines will be until 2 p.m., after which you can taste St. Martin's, mostly three-course menus in the restaurant of the Hotel Zámek, in the Sklep U Templářských rytířů, in the Hotel Albor, in the Sýkora winery or in the Škrobák winery in Příhona.
