The Moravín Mikulov wine association has been organizing the "Svěcení vína" (Sanctification of Wine) ceremony since 1990, where small and professional winemakers from Mikulov and the surrounding area present their samples of young wines. The offer of St. Martin's goose with dumplings and cabbage from the chefs of the Maroli Hotel is also included. Come and consecrate your own wine, which you will then taste together with all lovers of this noble drink
