Every year the St. Martin's Day feast enjoys great interest of visitors from Klimkovice, spa guests and citizens of the surrounding villages. As every year, they will be accompanied by a rich cultural program - the traditional arrival of Martin with his entourage and his blessing of young wines together with the town conchels, live music, wine competitions, wine tasting, performances of the local singing association, a program for children.
For the visitors will be prepared an offer of more than 20 types of St. Martin's and young wines and traditional St. Martin's feast (goose, duck, lokše, etc.).
The event is organized together with the town of Klimkovice, the local inn and a number of local clubs and associations. In case of bad weather, the event will be moved to the premises of the Chateau Wine Cellar.
The event starts at 11.11 a.m. and ends at 5 p.m. The main organizer is the Chateau Wine Cellar Klimkovice, which since 2009 has been organizing regular tastings of quality wines and other events that contribute to increasing the culture of wine drinking and knowledge about wine and winemakers.
