About event

A showcase of the best Rwandan wines. 300-400 samples only from professional winemakers from all over the Czech Republic. Wines awarded with foreign medals, wines that are in the Wine Salon, simply the best in the Czech Republic (RB, RŠ, RM, Ch - cuvées and rosés from these varieties). The event is one of the TOP events in the Czech Republic.

The 13th annual Rwanda Wine Gallery will take place on Saturday, August 17 from 2 - 24 pm and Sunday, August 18 from 10 am - 4 pm. This important event is supported by the VF. The wines are judged only by professional tasters and the best ones receive prestigious prizes (the JMK Governor's Award, the Ambassador's Award, the Mayor's Award, etc.). The start is set for 2 pm, at 3 pm there is a presentation of the special prizes and from 4 pm the dulcimer music will be played. The event is a part of the Slovak Year, which is an important folklore festival, lots of performances, costume parade (3000 thousand costumed), fair, etc... Visitors have the opportunity to taste the best wines from the Czech Republic in one place. Refreshments provided.
