On Thursday, 6 August, the summer tasting Wine from Nearby will offer a meeting with winemakers-members of the EKOVÍN association. Come and enjoy a pleasant evening with Moravian wines in the blooming Open Garden in the centre of Brno. Tasting under the open sky starts at 5.30 pm.

On the slope of the Open Garden under Špilberk you can walk from one winemaker to another, taste their wines and ask them anything you are interested in.


List of wineries represented:
- Vinařství Válka
- Vinařství Petr Čech
- Vinařství Volařík
- and others

Each of the winemakers offers at least six wines for tasting and purchase at their stand.

A live band will play for listening and dancing, and delicious refreshments will be provided by the Open Garden Bistro.

The event takes place in all weather conditions.

Admission costs CZK 390 in advance on the e-shop, CZK 440 at the door.
