On the occasion of the launch of the next vintage of the unique wine Šaldorfský Kravák, a Sauvignon variety wine from the vineyards of the Kraví hora vineyard, the winemakers of the Šaldorf Cellars Association are organising a separate tasting of these wines on Saturday afternoon. You can taste 100% Sauvignon from Kraví Hora, a historic location on the last spurs of the Bohemian Massif. The grapes are fermented with natural yeasts from the vineyard. Kravák is thus a wild and distinctive wine, without pretensions, presenting the terroir and beauty of the Sauvignon variety. At the same time, the wine abounds in finesse and elegance. Each new vintage is launched in September of the following year, so the Baptism is an opportunity to taste Kravák in one place. Dulcimer music will also contribute to the pleasant atmosphere.
