The wines we select at events and competitions are later sorted into groups of ten bottles in the tasting cellar according to varietal or region of origin and poured into half-inch bottles. For CZK 250 (+ postage and deposit on the bottles), we will then send or hand out the tasting sets to those interested in wine, whose pleasant task is to compare the samples independently over the next fortnight and try to rank them according to their preferences. These, and thus the individual rankings, often vary, but after their statistical evaluation and the announcement of the overall results, we all have interesting feedback on which type of wines people like best.
