On the two-day course you will gain knowledge about wine production, technological and oenological procedures. The course is designed for wine lovers and wine enthusiasts as well as for practitioners. The first theoretical part is followed by a second day focused on excursions in wineries of various types. Wine tastings of wines produced using different technologies will be held on both days.
The course will give you a basic knowledge of wine and an overview of its production using different technologies and oenological practices. The theoretical teaching on the first day is conveniently combined with practical demonstrations directly in the winery during the second teaching day.
