On the two-day course you will gain knowledge about wine production, technological and oenological procedures. The course is designed for wine lovers and wine enthusiasts as well as for practitioners. The first theoretical part is followed by a second day focused on excursions to wineries of various types - it will take place in Lednice (shared bus departure from Brno). Wine tasting of wines produced by different technologies will be held during both training days.

The course will enable you to gain basic knowledge about wine and an overview of its production using different technologies and oenological procedures. Theoretical teaching on the first day is conveniently combined with practical demonstrations directly in the winery during the second teaching day.
