The Open Cellar Day will traditionally take place on the third weekend of June on Saturday 18 June from 10.00 to 19.00. On the day of the event, 14 wine cellars will be open for visitors, where local winemakers will offer their wines for tasting. Local specialities will be available to taste in the cellars.

The Open Cellar Day will take place on Saturday 18 June 2022 from 10.00 to 19.00. On the day of the event, 14 wine cellars will be open for visitors, where local winemakers will offer their wines for tasting. Refreshments will be served in the cellars and local specialities can be tasted.
Tasting of at least 84 wine samples in 14 open cellars in Novosedly.
Offer from the accompanying programme and refreshments: performances by the Late Harvest Male Choir at each open cellar, winery tours, dulcimer music, dance entertainment, tour of the Novosedel rooster breeding, grilled kýgoulash, boiler goulash, starch specialities, Moravian culinary specialities, tastingnatural cheeses and fresh goat cheeses, grilled specialties and more.
