A two-day comprehensive course for wine lovers, wine enthusiasts, as well as small wine growers and connoisseurs. You will learn a wealth of information about grape growing, vine types, pruning, management and other more and lesser known information, time-tested but also new to viticulture.

The course will give you a basic understanding of grape growing in the country's conditions. You will gain an overview of grape species and varieties, vine construction, pruning and management, including basic diseases and pests. Theoretical teaching on the first and second day is conveniently combined with practical demonstrations of varieties directly in the vineyard about 500 meters from the teaching room.
