For the eighth year, the In Vino Hostivice festival will combine excellent wines with gastronomic and cultural experiences. This year you have something to look forward to!
Hostivice Wine Festival reveals the programme for 2022
The eighth edition of tasting evenings and great entertainment will kick off on Friday 12 August in the heart of Hostivice on Hus Square. From 2 pm you will have a unique opportunity to taste wines from renowned winemakers from Bohemia and Moravia, who represent the best of the domestic market. There will also be samples of wine from neighbouring countries and far away exotics. In addition to the wine tasting, you can of course also look forward to a variety of special delicacies and delicacies that match the wine and that will enhance your gastronomic experience.
Culture as wine
On Friday, musical accompaniment will be provided by the stalwart of the Hostivice stage, the band Lety Mimo, who will reveal their second musical face - namely, they will play unplugged, where they have invited cellist Anna Sauce. After them, the legendary band BSP (Ota Baláž, Kamil Střihavka, Michal Pavlíček) will perform their rock hits. At the end of Friday's programme, the group I.V.M. (In vino musica) will perform, where visitors will be introduced to Svatopluk Hřebačka from Vinařství Hřebačka as an acoustic guitar player.
For the Saturday afternoon programme we are preparing great artists Petr Macháček and Dáša Zázvůrková. They will present a programme called Concert in the colours of Semafor, where they will play many well-known hits of the theatre. At 7 p.m. we will welcome Vera Martinová on stage, who will take us to the mountain tops with her singing. At 9 pm, the band The Tap Tap will welcome us with their great lyrics and infectious rhythms. The band consists of students and graduates of the Jedlička Institute in Prague. At the end, the traditional guest band Bůhví, led by frontman Martin Hruby, will round off the two-day wine festival.
Traditionally, children will also have their place at the festival, for whom an entertainment programme will be prepared on site.
