Venison is one of the typical autumn delicacies, but it is not easy to prepare. Venison meat has its lovers and detractors. Experts say it is more digestible and biologically more valuable than meat from other animals. Compared with beef or pork, with the exception of wild boar, it contains very little fat, 2-3 %. It also contains higher levels of vitamins A and B. Among the minerals, the iron, phosphorus and calcium content is unmistakable. The best game meat is generally considered to be venison and venison.
The SPIELBERG winery is a traditional Moravian winery from Archlebov. Winner of the Winemaker of the Year 2017 competition.
The winery is located on the outskirts of the village of Archlebov in a beautiful landscape reminiscent of the province of Tuscany. That is why people like to call us the gateway to Moravian Tuscany.
