Vinum et Cetera literally translated from Latin means "wine and the rest". As every year, the wine tasting exhibition will present fifty samples selected for this occasion by the head sommelier of the Wine Salon of the Czech Republic, Mark Babisz. The monastery's Benedictine cellars also present their wine offer. During the day, of course, there are regular tours of the monastery. The monastery's Café Dientzenhofer is also open, offering drinks, cakes and souvenirs, as well as the U Tří růží restaurant.
