This time we will be drawing from the kitchen of Walter Xaver 4th  Prince of Ditrichstein, (18 September 1664 - 3 October 1738) the sixth owner of Mikulov, holder of the Order of the Golden Fleece, secret councilor and chamberlain to Emperors Joseph I. and Charles VI.
