The traditional event, which is always held around St. Martin's Day on Fridays from 4 p.m. The solemn ceremony of consecration of wine will be performed by the provost of the collegiate chapter in Mikulov - P. Mgr. Pavel Pacner.

The ceremony of "Sanctification of Wine" has been organized by the Moravín Mikulov wine association since 1990. Small and professional winemakers from Mikulov and the surrounding area present their samples of young wines. The offer of St. Martin's goose with dumplings and cabbage from the chefs of the Maroli Hotel Mikulov is also included. Come and consecrate your own wine, which you will then taste together with all lovers of this noble drink.
